You need a space that is 1500 square feet to 2500 sq. ft.
Construction and or remodeling costs can really vary.
When figuring out equipment costs, don't forget seating, tables and maybe even a TV on the wall for them to watch.
Investigate local laws and regulations.. some cities are charging high hookup fees that have to do with water or sewage. Besides hook up fees, make sure and investigate any ongoing charges for water/sewage you may incur.
